Ram van was inaugurated by Gujarat CM on 17th August 2022. Ram Van provides an overview of various events associated with the life of Lord Rama besides the 14 years of exile. As many as 22 different sculptures of events based on the life of Lord Rama have also been placed here.

An urban forest project launched on 47 acres of land on the Aji dam site, by then chief minister Vijay Rupani in Rajkot three years ago, was transformed into Ram Van, a cultural forest themed on the Ramayana and was thrown open to the public by Chief Minister Bhupendra Patel Wednesday.
